揭示资源型城市创新发展时空演变规律及驱动因素,对资源型城市转型发展具有重要参考价值。采用基尼系数和地理探测器等方法,对2001—2021年中国资源型城市创新发展水平的时空格局和影响因素进行探究。研究发现:(1)研究期内,资源型城市创新发展水平整体呈现增长态势,且具有明显的地区差异,各城市在不同等级水平之间跃迁状况明显;(2)资源型城市之间创新发展水平差距较大,且随着年份推移不断扩大,创新发展重心从北向南移动明显,整体呈现出东北—西南方向向心集聚、西北—东南方向离心发散的演化趋势;(3)人力资本水平、政府创新偏好、金融资源供给、固定资产投资等因素是影响资源型城市创新发展空间格局的主要因素。建议未来应健全资源型城市创新发展体制机制、优化区域创新发展协调机制、建立人才主导创新的引培机制和完善金融支持创新的长效机制,促进资源型城市创新发展和转型发展。
Abstract:Revealing the spatial-temporal evolution law and driving factors of the innovation development of resource-based cities has important reference value for enhancing the transformation and development momentum of resource-based cities. Using Gini index, hot spot analysis, standard deviation ellipse and geographic detector, this paper explores the temporal change trend, spatial evolution characteristics and influencing factors of the innovation development of resource-based cities in China from 2001 to 2021.The results are as follows. Firstly, the innovation development level of resource-based cities shows an overall growth trend, but there is still a certain gap between the absolute value and the growth rate of resource-based cities and the national average level during the study period. Secondly, the distribution of innovation development level of resource-based cities has obvious regional differences, and the transition between different levels of cities is obvious. There is a large gap in the level of innovation development among resource-based cities, and this gap is expanding with the passage of years. The spatial agglomeration characteristics of resource-based cities' innovation development changed significantly during the study period, and the gravity center of distribution moved from north to south, showing an evolutionary trend of centripetal agglomeration in the northeast-southwest direction and centrifugal divergence in the northwest to southeast direction. Thirdly, factors such as human capital, government innovation preference, financial resource supply, and fixed asset investment have a profound impact on the formation of the spatial pattern of innovation development of resource-based cities. Based on the above conclusions, this study puts forward several policy suggestions for promoting the innovative development and transformation of resource-based cities, including establishing a mechanism for guiding innovation by the government, optimizing the coordination mechanism for regional innovative development, establishing a mechanism for attracting and cultivating talent-driven innovation, and establishing a long-term mechanism for financial support of innovation.
