进入新时代以来，我们党对建设社会主义现代化国家在认识上不断深入、战略上不断成熟、实践上不断丰富，成功推进和拓展了中国式现代化的丰富内涵。党的二十大报告深刻阐释了中国式现代化的中国特色和本质要求，以及必须牢牢把握的重大原则。人类通向现代化的道路与模式不是单一的，具有不同的形态和不同的样式。科学社会主义史是中国式现代化思想之源；世界现代化史为中国式现代化提供了重要镜鉴；中华民族发展史创造了中国式现代化道路、创造了人类文明新形态。全面学习、全面把握、全面落实党的二十大关于党和国家事业发展大政方针和战略部署的历史逻辑、理论逻辑、实践逻辑、现实逻辑十分重要，我们必须深刻理解全面建设社会主义现代化国家的战略部署，在全面实现中华民族伟大复兴中谋划现代化河南“奋勇争先、更加出彩”的绚丽新篇章。

Since the beginning of the new era, Communist Party of China has successfully promoted and expanded the rich connotation of Chinese path to modernization as it has continued to deepen its understanding, mature its strategy, and enrich its practice in creating a socialist modernization country. The report of the 20th CPC National Congress has profoundly explained the distinctive features and essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization, as well as the major principles that must be fully internalized. Humans do not follow a single path or manner of modernization; rather, there are several forms and styles. Chinese path to modernization has its roots in the history of scientific socialism with the history of global modernization as its essential mirror. The history of Chinese national development has created the path to modernization and a new form of human civilization. It is very important to comprehensively study, grasp and implement the historical logic, theoretical logic, practical logic and realistic logic of the 20th CPC National Congress on the general policies and strategic plans for the development of the Party and the country. In order to fully realize the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts, we must plan for the modernization of Henan and have a thorough understanding of the strategic deployment of constructing a socialist modernization country.
