唐律是中华法系的代表作,唐律研究自然也成为中国法律史研究的热点问题之一。清末民国的研究者对之也倾注了无限的热情。通过梳理20世纪上半叶唐律研究相关论著,并在其基础上分析各自的研究视角以及存在的学术论争,方能对该时期唐律研究形成完整的认识。

Originated in the period of Pre-Qin,China legal system reached its peak in Tang Dynasty after hundreds of years' development.Tang code is generally considered the representative work of Chinese legal family,naturally the research of Tang code became a hot topic in the researches of China legal history,therefore the researchers in first half of the 20th century had unlimited enthusiasm about the same issue.Through summarizing the research results,analyzing their different perspectives and arguments,we can form a complete understandings.
