摘要:

在由服务提供商和制造商组成的产品服务供应链中,产品创新与服务创新均会影响产品服务综合解决方案的市场需求。考虑数据资源的经济价值,构建了集中式与分散式下的产品服务供应链创新决策模型,探讨并分析了服务提供商的数据共享行为对最优决策的影响以及集中与分散决策下的最优决策差异。在此基础上,设计“成本共担-补偿”契约对产品服务供应链进行协调改进。结果表明:分散决策下的产品、服务创新水平和供应链整体利润总是低于集中决策;数据资源共享行为对双方决策和利润并不总是有利的;“成本共担-补偿”契约下双边创新水平达到了集中决策时的水平,且当补偿机制处于一定条件时,产品服务供应链实现帕累托改进。

Abstract:

In a product-service supply chain composed of one manufacturer and one service provider, both product innovation and service innovation jointly influence the market demand for integrated product-service solutions. Considering the economic value of data resources, an decision-making model for product-service supply chain innovation under centralized and decentralized conditions is constructed. The influence of data sharing behavior of service providers on the optimal decision and the differences in the optimal decision between centralized and decentralized decision-making are explored and analyzed. Furthermore, a “cost sharing-compensation” contract is designed to coordinate and improve the overall performance of the product-service supply chain. The results are as follows. Firstly, under decentralized decision-making, the levels of product and service innovation, as well as the total supply chain profit, are always lower than under centralized decision-making. Secondly, data resource sharing is not always beneficial to both parties in terms of decision-making and profit. Thirdly, under the “cost sharing-compensation” contract, the innovation levels of both parties reach those under centralized decision-making. When the compensation mechanism satisfies certain conditions, the product-service supply chain achieves Pareto improvement.
