社会群体性事件网络舆论形成的原因是多方面的,它既与事件本身的社会影响力有着休戚与共的密切联系,也与社会公众的判断力和参与程度密不可分。利益相关、价值共振和情感共鸣,是网络舆论活动形成和产生的社会学和心理学原因。网络舆论对社会群体性事件的发展和处置既能发挥积极的正面作用,也会产生消极的负面影响。正确认识网络舆论影响群体性事件的方式及所产生的作用,对提高社会管理科学化水平及维护社会公平正义方面所发挥的整合民心、凝聚民意和民智的独特作用具有重要的理论和现实意义。

The causes of cyber opinions formation in mass disturbances are various,which are not only related to social influences of the event itself but also have inseparable relationship with the public Judgment and participation.Furthermore,interest,values and emotional resonance are its sociological and psychological reasons.Therefore,cyber opinions have both positive and negative effects on the progress and result of mass disturbances.Thus,to have a correct view of the way in which cyper opinions influence the mass disturbances and its effect has important theoretical and practical significance in uniting people on social management and safeguarding social fairness and justice.
