基于2012—2022年省级面板数据构建评价指标体系，利用双向固定效应模型和中介效应模型探讨绿色金融对低碳经济的影响机制，并基于地域差异对绿色金融影响低碳经济的效应开展区域异质性检验。研究发现：绿色金融对低碳经济发展有显著的促进作用；中部地区绿色金融对低碳经济发展的促进作用最明显，东部地区次之，西部地区相对较弱；绿色金融主要通过促进绿色技术创新及推动产业结构升级等方式，间接推动低碳经济的发展。基于此，提出以下几点建议：一是打造多元化绿色金融服务格局，释放工具效能；二是注重绿色技术创新和产业结构升级的桥梁作用；三是依据地理优势和产业特色制定差异化政策，强化区域协同，中部地区巩固政策扶持，东部地区发挥引领作用，西部地区加大绿色金融支持力度。

Based on the provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022, the empirical study constructs an evaluation index system, uses a two-way fixed effect model and an intermediary effect model to explore the impact mechanism of green finance on the low-carbon economy, and conducts regional heterogeneity tests according to regional and economic level differences. The results show that, in general, green finance has a significant role in promoting the development of low-carbon economy. The results of regional heterogeneity test show that green finance plays the most obvious role in promoting the development of low-carbon economy in the central region, followed by the eastern region, and the western region is relatively weak. The mechanism test shows that green finance mainly promotes the development of low-carbon economy by promoting green technology innovation and promoting industrial structure upgrading. Based on this, the following suggestions are put forward: create a diversified green financial service pattern and release the efficiency of tools, pay attention to the role of green technology innovation and industrial structure upgrading as a bridge; formulate differentiated policies based on geographical advantages and industrial characteristics, strengthen regional coordination, strengthen policy support in the central region, play a leading role in the east, and strengthen support in the western region to promote the development of China's low-carbon economy.
