针对焦虑背后的"冗思"这个特点,选择以"无思虑觉醒"为目标的冥想法为主要方法,设计相应的减缓焦虑的团体辅导方案,以18位焦虑大学生为被试进行为期6周,每周1.5小时的干预研究。采用单组前后测的实验设计,用状态和特质焦虑量表(STAI)为工具进行施测。结果显示,经过辅导,团体成员的特质焦虑显著下降。"无思虑觉醒"冥想团体能有效降低大学生的焦虑情绪,是提高大学生心理健康水平的有效途径。
Abstract:Aiming at rumination as the feature behind anxiety,this research selected a kind of meditation which targets"thoughtless awareness"as the method and designed an anxiety-reducing group counseling program. After six-weeks intervention with every week a 1. 5-hours session to 18 anxious university students as subjects,using one-group pre-post test? experimental design with StateTrait Anxiety Intervention( STAI) as assessment tool,results show that,after intervention,their trait anxiety decreased significantly. It follows that "thoughtless awareness"meditation group counseling can reduce anxiety of college students and can be an alternative approach of improving the mental health of college students.
