加强高校图书馆服务型党组织建设符合党的十八大及十八届三中全会关于加强基层服务型党组织建设的重大部署。高校图书馆开展服务型党组织建设活动,就是要通过健全队伍建设机制、完善活动管理机制、落实服务保障机制,从而强化馆员服务意识、丰富图书馆的文化建设、促进学习型图书馆的形成。对于弘扬党建文化、明确党的任务宗旨、发挥党员的先锋堡垒作用、打造馆员服务团队、发挥图书馆服务功能都具有重要意义。

To strengthen the construction of university library service- oriented party organization is in accordance with the crucial plan on the strengthening of a major deployment of building service- oriented grassroots organizations made by the 18 th Party's Congress and the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee. By optimizing the mechanism of team building,improving the mechanism of activity management and committing the mechanism of service assurance,university libraries carry out service- oriented party building activities,in order to intensify the service awareness of librarians,enrich the cultural construction in the library and promote the formation of the learning library. It will play an important role in carrying forward the culture of Party building,clarifying Party's aims and missions,playing the vanguard and fortress role of Party members,creating service teams of librarians and making the service function of the library effective.
