"华水精神"是华北水利水电学院60年办学历史和办学经验的结晶,它是由科学的办学理念、独特的人才培养机制和鲜明的教育特色等组成的有机整体。它集中体现在学校建设与发展的"四个历史时期"。当前,学校确立了建设教学研究型大学的战略目标,更加需要以这一精神为指引,认真总结办学经验,不断开拓创新,实现学校的科学发展。
Abstract："Hua Shui Spirit" is North China University of Water Conservancy and Electric Power 60 years' history and experience.It is the organic whole of the scientific running school concept,unique mechanism of talents training and education of the distinctive features.It is embodied in the school's construction and development of "Four Historical Periods".At present,the school has established the construction of teaching research university strategic objectives,needs this spirit as a guide,sums up experience,develops the innovation unceasingly,and to realize scientific development.
