培养什么人、如何培养人和为谁培养人是新时代高等教育在落实立德树人根本任务过程中的恒久关切点。高等教育的国际交流与合作是推进教育普及化，实现立德树人的有力抓手之一。在中外合作办学过程中，课程思政理念的引入、吸收和推广，任务迫切而价值重大，道路曲折而前途光明。充分理解课程思政的本质内涵，以“四个自信”和构建“人类命运共同体”为引领，探索中外合作办学高校课程思政体系建设的价值与实践途径。

During the Xi Jinping's New Era, “who to train, how to train and train for whom” are the constant concerns of the higher education's implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people. International exchanges and cooperation in higher education is one of the powerful means to promote the popularization of education and establishing morality and cultivating people. In the process of running Sino-foreign joint education, the introduction, absorption and promotion of curriculum ideological and political concepts are urgent but of great value, and the road is tortuous and the future is bright. Based on the fully understanding of the essential connotation of “ideological & political education in courses” as an educational concept and knowledge system of ideological and political education, and guided by the “four confidences” and the co-building of the “community of shared future for mankind”, we will be able to explore the valuable and practical way of the constructing the ideological & political education system in Sino-foreign cooperative university's courses.
