摘要：
人才竞争和WTO有关教育贸易的规定对成人高等教育影响巨大,应该加强国际化战略意识,开拓成人高等教育新领域,转变成人教育机制,探索多元化办学之路。
Abstract：Entry of WTO, the competition for talented people and the practices of WTO in education have a great impact on adult higher education. An international and strategic perspective should be strengthened, adult higher education broadened, the mechanism changed, and the diversity of education explored.
