自治、法治、德治“三治融合”基层社会治理创新经验是新时代坚持和发展“枫桥经验”的精髓。当前，随着我国脱贫攻坚战的胜利完成和乡村振兴战略的深入推进，广大基层组织在取得显著成就的同时，一些职务犯罪问题也凸显出来。自治以增活力，法治以强保障，德治以扬正气，三措并举，发挥乘数效应，从源头防范基层职务犯罪，避免公共财产损失、减少司法成本，使人民群众对党和国家的乡村振兴战略更加信任与拥护。

Self-governance, rule of law, and rule of morality “integration of three governance” grassroots social governance innovation experience is the essence of upholding and developing “Fengqiao Experience” in the new era. At present, with the successful completion of my country's poverty alleviation project and the in-depth advancement of the rural revitalization strategy, while the majority of grass-roots organizations have made remarkable achievements, some job-related crimes have also emerged. Self-government increases vitality, the rule of law strengthens the guarantee, and the rule of virtue promotes righteousness.We should take three measures simultaneously to exert the multiplier effect to prevent and reduce grassroots duty crimes in rural revitalization at the source, so as to avoid public property losses and reduce judicial cost, so that the people have more trust and support for the party and the country's rural revitalization strategy and grass-roots organizations.
