玛格丽特.阿特伍德小说中的生态思想表明了作者对人与自然相互关系和社会中人与人关系认识的逐步深入。从最初对自然环境和女性地位的关注,转向对生态正义和社会正义的关注,阿特伍德指出,只有抛弃人类中心主义思想,与其他物种和谐共生,发达国家和发展中国家承担"共同而有差别的生态责任",才能从根源上缓解生态危机。
Abstract：The ecological thought in Margaret Atwood's novel indicates her gradual deep understanding on the relationship of humans in society as well as the relationship between nature and human being.Converted from her initial concern for the natural environment and the status of women to ecological justice and social justice,Atwood suggests that we should abandon anthropocentrism,coexist with other spices harmoniously and commit fair but differentiated ecological responsibilities to alleviate the root of ecological crisis.
