河流伦理是一种赋予河流生命、道德、权利、价值的意识形态，是由传统伦理学扩展到河流领域而形成的交叉学科研究方向，亟须构建学科体系满足其发展需要。人水关系是人文系统与水系统之间相互作用的统称。人水关系学为河流伦理学体系建构提供了重要的理论支撑、研究思路与实践依据。本研究基于人水关系与河流伦理的理念内涵解析，从人水关系视角阐释对河流伦理的认识，论述河流伦理学的提出背景与研究意义。构建河流伦理学学科体系框架，从理论基础、方法论、应用实践三个方面探讨河流伦理学的主要内容，并从多学科交叉下的河流伦理理论创新、人与河流和谐共生关键问题与进程、符合河流伦理的政策制度体系制定、人工智能与大数据技术的广泛应用等方面对河流伦理学的发展进行展望。研究结果可进一步推动河流伦理学学科体系建设，同时为选择人与河流和谐共处路径提供理论借鉴。

River ethics is an ideology that endows rivers with life, morality, rights, and value, emerging as an interdisciplinary research direction through the extension of traditional ethics to river-related domains. There is a pressing need to further develop its disciplinary framework to meet evolving demands. The human-water relationship, defined as the interaction between human and water systems, human-water relationship discipline offers important theoretical support, research ideas and practical basis for building river ethics discipline system. Based on the conceptual connotations of human-water relationship and river ethics, this study explains the understanding of river ethics from the perspective of the human-water relationship, and discusses the background and research significance of river ethics discipline. The framework of the river ethics discipline system is constructed, and the main contents of river ethics are discussed from three aspects: theoretical basis, methodology, and applied practice, and the future development of river ethics discipline is prospected from multiple aspects, including theoretical innovation in river ethics under the intersection of multiple disciplines, key issues and progress in harmonious coexistence between humans and rivers, the formulation of policy and institutional systems in line with river ethics, and the extensive application of artificial intelligence and big data technologies. The findings are expected to advance the disciplinary construction of river ethics and provide a theoretical reference for identifying paths toward harmonious coexistence between humans and rivers.
