高校学生公寓是高校开展政治思想工作和育人的重要场所,是学生生活、交流、娱乐和学习的自由空间。随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入发展,应积极探索和改进高校学生公寓管理的途径和方法,加强硬环境的建设,给育人环境注入新的生机与活力;注重学生公寓软环境的建设,营造积极向上的育人氛围,以实现高校后勤“三服务,两育人”宗旨。

Students' departments in universities are the important place to develop political mental work,as well as to educate the students,which are also such a free space for students to live,communicate,entertain and study.With the further reform of social rear service in university,we should actively seek to the means to improve the management of students' department and enhance the management of students in this university,as well as to infuse new optimization into the educating environment.Pay attention to the founding of the students' department's soft environment and to creat the good educating surroundings in order to highlight the important sense of "Three Services,Two Educations".
