从经济发展、产业控制、能源利用、环境建设4个方面选取13个指标构建河南省低碳经济发展水平的评价体系,采用因子分析法评价河南省各地市低碳经济发展水平。结果表明:河南省各地市低碳经济发展水平总体水平不高,存在较强的空间异质性。其中,郑州低碳经济发展水平优势明显。进一步通过聚类分析将河南省各地市按照低碳经济发展水平高低划分为3类,为河南省发展低碳经济制定相应对策提供参考。
Abstract:This article selects 13 indicators to build low-carbon economic development level evaluation index system of Henan province from the economic development, industrial control, energy utilization, environmental construction. Based on the data of 18 prefecture-level cities of Henan province in 2016, the factor analysis method is used to measure the Low-carbon economic development level comprehensive index of Henan province. The results show that the overall level of low-carbon economy development of Henan Province is low, and there is a strong spatial Heterogeneity. Zhengzhou's Low-carbon economic development level has obvious advantages. Further, through cluster analysis, the cities of Henan province are divided into three categories according to the low-carbon economic development level, to provides reference for developing the low-carbon economy in Henan province.
