针对我国不同地区间的期刊发展水平差异,分析了科技期刊区域创新的必要性和影响因素,提出了科技期刊区域创新发展总体策略,并针对高、中、低三类发展水平地区提出相应的创新发展策略。科技期刊区域创新发展可从内容产品创新、服务过程创新、组织创新、市场创新以及特定角度创新获得总体发展策略;高、中、低水平发展地区相对应的策略分别为精品期刊策略、扩展潜能策略和特色发展策略。
Abstract：In view of the great development level differences of sci-tech periodicals in different areas of China, we analyzed the necessity and affecting factors of the regional innovation development of sci-tech periodicals, and proposed the overall strategy. On this basis, we divided the areas into high, medium and low categories according to the different innovative development levels of sci-tech periodicals, and put forward the corresponding regional innovative development strategy to different development level areas pertinently. The results show that the self-conditions of sci-tech periodicals and the external conditions, such as science and technology level, numbers of well-known universities and research institutes in the region, affect the regional innovation development level of sci-tech periodicals together. We could obtain the overall strategy from the product content innovation, service innovation, organizational innovation, market innovation and certain innovation angles. The pertinent strategies of high, medium and low development level areas are the prominent journal strategy, the expanding potential strategies and the characteristic development strategy respectively.
