管理者信任行为与员工离职倾向的相关研究

摘要:

 本研究采用自编"管理者信任行为问卷"和"员工离职倾向影响因素问卷",对148名企业员工进行了调查。结果发现:1)管理者信任行为与员工离职倾向之间呈显著负相关。2)离职倾向诸因子在高、低信任行为组中差异显著。3)"开放性交流""表示关怀""权力的分散"三个因子进入回归方程,对员工离职倾向有较好的预测能力。

Abstract:

This paper investigated 148 employees with the Questionnaire for Managerial Trustworthy Behavior and the Questionnaire for Employees' Dismissing Tendency, and drew the conclusion: first, managerial trustworthy behavior has negative correlation with employees' tendency of dismissing; second, the highest and lowest group in managerial trustworthy behavior has significant difference between the factors of dismissing tendency, which indicates that the more managerial trustworthy behavior, the less possibility of employees' dismissing tendency.
