《黄河之旅》是美国作家比尔·波特的一部旅游文学作品,其中蕴含着丰富的民俗文化、历史文化、神话传说、饮食文化及山水景观文化,是黄河文化的具体体现,具有较高的艺术价值、史料价值和现实价值。比尔·波特作品中所体现的黄河文化,对于我们坚定文化自信,以及推动中华文化走向世界具有重大意义。
Abstract：A Journey to the Yellow River is a travel literature work written by American writer Bill Porter. It contains rich ideological culture, folk culture, historical culture, myths and legends, literature and art, food culture and landscape culture and so on. It is the concrete embodiment of the Yellow River culture, and has high artistic value, historical value and practical value. The Yellow River culture embodied in Bill Porter's works is of great significance for us to strengthen cultural confidence and promote Chinese culture to the world.
