在当今世界格局呈现多极化以及中美竞争激烈的形势下,高校教师如何通过课堂教学引导青年大学生形成正确的价值观至关重要。本文以英语专业核心课程之一的"美国社会与文化"为例,从学生群体、教学内容、教学方法、教学过程以及掌握思政教学的度几个方面探讨了该课程实施课程思政的一些想法和建议。

Under the current international situation of multi-polarity and fierce competitions between the two major countries of the U.S and China, it's of great importance for higher education teachers to guide the students to form the right ideological and political views. This article discusses how to lead in ideological and political education in the academic course of American Society and Culture for English majors, from the following aspects: learning the students, the selection of teaching material, teaching methodology, teaching process, and the proper extent of applying the ideological and political education in academic course.
