国外工作家庭冲突研究综述A Review of Researches on Work Family Conflict

摘要(Abstract)：
工作家庭冲突是指来自工作角色的要求和来自家庭角色的要求之间发生了冲突。工作家庭冲突分为两个不同方向指向的概念:工作→家庭冲突(WFC)和家庭→工作冲突(FWC)。文章从理论、结构等方面对工作家庭冲突作了一些探讨,并对其前因变量和结果变量作了简单的回顾。在文章的最后,探讨了已有研究的一些不足,并对未来的研究进行了展望。
